By accessing and using the SITHI COMPUTER & STATIONERY W.L.L website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
All product prices are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order and to correct pricing errors. All products are subject to availability.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or approved credit. We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and card payments. Corporate clients with approved accounts may receive monthly invoicing.
We deliver to all areas in Qatar. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Free delivery applies to orders above QAR 200. Same-day delivery is available in Doha for orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days.
Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are in original, unused condition with original packaging. Software, opened consumables, and custom orders are non-returnable. Defective products are covered under manufacturer warranty.
All products carry manufacturer warranty as specified. SITHI will assist with warranty claims on behalf of customers. Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.

SITHI COMPUTER & STATIONERY W.L.L shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the purchase price paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
